Get to Know Your Team: Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital (specializes in surgical services, diagnostic imaging and pain management, offering state-of-the-art MRI, computed tomography and myelography technology. Responsibilities Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for pain management patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Serves in a resource role when oriented and as directed. Supports the organization’s vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Qualifications Job Requirements: Valid RN Oklahoma license Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Associates degree minimum BLS (within 30 days of employment) ACLS /ALS (within 60 days of employment) PALS (within 90 days of employment) Preferred Job Requirements: One year Critical Care or Pain Management experience
