We are currently hiring per-diem RNs, for a variety of skilled care such as, injections, wound care, & home infusions. Three years of experience working as an RN in a hospital setting or similar is preferred. You must have an IV certification to perform home infusions and you must be an expert at IV insertion. You must also be comfortable working one-on-one in the home with no back-up.
You will work directly under our DON and Assistant DON who offer full support.
Our cases are located in Union County and there are no minimum amount of hours worked required.

Responsibilities
Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act
Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill
Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws
Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs
Requirements
Current unrestricted RN license in state for which care is being provided
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in a hospital setting or similar is required
Reliable car/auto insurance
Clean background and criminal record
Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
Current CPR, BLS or ACLS
IV Certification is required to perform home infusions
