This includes: using appropriate quality tools and performance improvement (PI) methodologies, evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of operations through data management, analysis and PI activities, serve as a resource for quality processes by leading, teaching, and guiding various quality improvement activities, assist in managing quality data, data submission, data analysis, and preparing/presenting quality outcomes. **Education and/or Experience** + Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. + 3-5 years of healthcare experience preferred. + Must have adept knowledge with computer software, including Microsoft Office. **Licensure/Certification/Registration** + Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required. **Work Schedule** + Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks **Pay** The hourly range for this position is listed below.
