Bon Secours seeks people that are committed to our values of compassion, human dignity, integrity, service and stewardship to create an environment where associates want to work and help communities thrive. **Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care (Step down) – Memorial Regional Medical Center:** **Progressive Care Step Down Unit:** Fast paced, high acuity stepdown unit caring for complex patient population including post-operative cardiac surgery, general surgery, septic, respiratory failure, DKA, and advanced heart failure. RNs are supported through telemetry and ACLS certifications. **Cardiopulmonary Care Step Down Unit:** Fast paced stepdown unit dedicated to the Cardiopulmonary patient population including pneumonia sepsis, Afib, NSTEMI, and advanced heart failure. RNs are supported through telemetry and ACLS certifications. **Cardiac Medical Stepdown Unit (CMSU):** is a small stepdown unit which takes patients requiring close monitoring and includes interventions like BIPAP, titrating cardiac drips, high acuity sepsis and surgical patients.
