Duties Include:

Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and proceduresComplete Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staffEstablish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their familiesProvide information to Residents and Staff by answering questions and requestsEnsure a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulationsPromote Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processingManage documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident and department recordsUphold nursing supplies inventory and other responsibilities as required

Requirements:

Must hold valid RN LicenseLong Term Care ExperienceBasic computer skillsExcellent communication skills and strong team player
