3 PM - 11 PM & 11 AM - 7 AM available!

DUTIES:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor, complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staffThe responsibility of the Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor is to establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & familiesProvide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requestsMaintain safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulationsMaintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processingMaintain documentation of resident care servicesMaintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams

REQUIREMENTS:

Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience requiredShould be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staffShould be familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programsExcellent communication skillsBasic computer skills
