Duties Include:

Handle all supervisory duties for the unitEstablish employee policies and proceduresMentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career adviceEstablish the standards of care for the unitReview Resident records & quality of careMonitor overall care & review individual Resident casesAddress questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their familiesEnsure the department is well-stocked with medical suppliesRepresent the unit's interests with the upper-level management

Requirements:

Minimum 3yrs. Long-Term Care experienceMinimum 1yr. Unit Manager experienceMust hold valid RN LicenseBasic computer skillsStrong communication skills
