This position is responsible for assessing patient/family health problems and works directly with all members of the health care team in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan of care.

This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including young adult through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: Graduate of an RN School of Nursing Excellent written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED: BSN License/Certifications/Special Requirements: Possesses current Illinois RN license. Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
