Registered Nurse (RN) - Women's & Children's Float Pool

Full Time – 72 hours/pay – 12 hour shifts

Day/Midnight rotation

Holiday & Weekend commitment per the guidelines

ChristianaCare is hiring a RN for our Float Pool within Women's & Children's Services that would be required to work all four areas within Women’s & Children's.

Required to orient and work in the following areas:

Labor & Delivery Maternal Recovery and Newborn TransitionPostpartumNICU (low acuity newborns)Inpatient Pediatrics

Our Women's & Children's hospitals supports over 6,000 births annually, we have a Level lll NICU and a new Pediatric Emergent Care Center! We aim to serve our community as partners in their care with love and excellence.  As an RN at ChristianaCare, you will practice with a standard of nursing excellence by providing optimal outcomes for safe delivery of care for our patients and families.

Education and Experience Requirements:

BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hireAt least TWO years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Women’s and Children’s services areas listed above requiredBLS, NRP, PALS certifications requiredACLS certification preferredDelaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware required
