**Position Requirements:**
+ Prior/recent wound care experience **_required_**
+ Current/active RN license
+ WOCN certification **_preferred_**
+ Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors **_preferred_**
+ BLS through ARC or AHA _required prior to hire_
+ Minimum (3) years clinical experience
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Inpatient Wound Care setting
+ Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process.
+ Assists with the implementation of plan of care.
+ Provides acute and rehabilitative care for people with select disorders of the GI, GU and integumentary systems.
+ Provides direct patient care to persons with abdominal stomas, wounds, drains, fistulas, wounds and incontinence.
+ Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
