The Opportunity:

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Bishop Spencer Place in Kansas City, Missouri.

Shift:

This is a full-time night shift position working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday OR Wednesday, Thursday Friday

Work Hours 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.

Includes holidays if falls on regularly scheduled shift

The Work:

Our Registered Nurses supervise the day-to-day nursing activities in our health center during their tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensuring that new admissions and discharges are processed correctlyConsulting with residents, family members, and physicians in planning the resident’s care, treatment, and rehabilitationProviding direct nursing care as necessaryOverseeing and delegating the activities of the nursing staffVisiting residents to observe and evaluate their physical and emotional statusEnsuring that the healthcare team follows established regulations, standards, and practices.Participating in QAPI activities including participation in annual survey preparation and survey process, and maintenance of CMS standards.May be responsible for covering other positions or job duties as needed.
