Qualifications: + Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio. + Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred. + Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care. + Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
