NaphCare is hiring experienced Registered Nurse (RN) like you at the Arizona Department of Corrections – Eyman located in Florence, Arizona.  Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN shifts are available.  PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs for FT shifts and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

 

Pay rates range from $36.00 - $48.00 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience.   Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and can be discussed upon interview.

Responsibilities for RNs:

Take and document all patient history and vital signsPerform and document all patient history and vital signs, mental health screenings and/or evaluationsRespond to and initiate care for medical and mental health emergenciesAssist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical/surgical procedures, patient assessments, examinations and/or treatmentInitiate and document prescribed protocol agreementRespond to and initiate care for medical emergencies within the facilityObserve and evaluate the performance of the licensed practical/vocational nursing staff

 

Qualifications for RN:

Current, unrestricted RN license in state of AZA valid CPR cardA minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred
