We are hiring RN's across Southwest Missouri (Springfield, Branson, and the surrounding communities) supporting programs such as:

As an RN, you will provide compassionate and skilled care to individuals receiving psychiatric, substance abuse, crisis, and residential services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure that each individual receives personalized attention and support.

General RN Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized treatment plansAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' ordersMonitor vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant health dataMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical recordsEducate clients and their families about various medical conditions, treatments, and self-care strategiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic carePromote a safe and respectful environment for clients and staffParticipate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in MissouriPrefer one year of experience in a healthcare settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCompassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care
