What does a typical day look like?
• Use your clinical skills to ensure clients receive highest level of care.
• Monitor client conditions to ensure stable throughout shift.
• Administer medications and monitor conditions requiring pumps.
• Monitor pediatric clients in school environment, with clients ranging in needs.
• Complete charting as required.
• Complete other tasks as requested.
What Qualifications are Required?
• Current Registered Practical Nurse, with current and good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario.
• 1 year of experience in either home care nursing, hospital or long term care. We are willing to train the right candidates so even if you feel like you don’t meet all requirements we would still love to hear from you
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test required upon hire
• Successful and Clear Vulnerable Sector Check.
