Contacts insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain authorization for service. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six months related experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
