Position Overview:
As a Student Records Specialist, you'll be the guardian of our student information, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility. You'll be the go-to person for transcripts, verifications, and all things related to student records, playing a vital role in supporting our students and faculty.

Maintain accurate and organized student records, both physical and digital.Conduct audits to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Process student requests for transcripts, verifications, and other documentation.Support graduation activities, from ordering regalia to preparing diplomas.Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and student success. QualificationsQualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: 2+ years in file management, record keeping, or auditing.Skill #1: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Skill #2: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Skill #3: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.About Us:
