Performs specific secretarial and administrative duties required in the daily function of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, such as, checking patient accounts, assuring appropriate charges, maintaining procedure volume & bi-weekly/monthly total reports. Compiles and completes reports, routes reports and data to appropriate organizational staff. Communicates effectively and appropriately, works efficiently and productively. Maintains a clean and safe environment by demonstrating proper use and care of equipment. Reflects a caring attitude for patients, visitors, and employees. Aids and assist others as needed.
Preferred High School Diploma or equivalence. Must have good communication and comprehension skills.Should be able to type at an average speed or have experience with a keyboard for data entry.Must be able to spell well enough to use a dictionary.
Must be able to interact with customers professionally.
