What you’ll do:
Responsible for all Regional Rehabilitation Intake functions including establishing and maintainingpositive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and
concerns, confirming appropriateness for admission into Loyola's Post-Acute Rehab Services. The
individual conveys a professional and positive image of Loyola Medicine during interactions with
patients, families, physicians, staff members, and internal departments. The individual provides service
reflective of the mission, vision, and values of Loyola Medicine.

What you’ll need for this job:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois
Bachelor’s Degree required; candidates with an Associate’s Degree may be considered if they are currently enrolled in an BSN program, or will enroll within six (6) months of hire, and will complete within two (2) years
One (1) year of prior clinical experience in a management role is highly desirable
Current CPR certification
ACLS certification (Advance Life Support) as unit specific
