- Responsible for obtaining FG importation license as MOH technical repesentative and renew it
before expiry.
- Responsible for getting clearance permission for each FG shipment from the MOH.
- Responsible for getting MOH lables for FG shipments from aouthorities and obtaining usage
permission based on the MOH rules.
- Expected to maintain an understand from MOH, MOI and Customs regulations and keep it up-to-
date with changes as they occur, so as to be able to advise Purcashing dept. on import and export
restrictions, tariff systems.
- Responsible for keeping an eye on validity of deposited documents and close follow of any paid
deposit and guarantee to the customs.
- Monitoring and controlling post audit file with Iran customs departments and the Commitee.
- Responsible for archiving all the official correspondence with IRAN customs and also keeping
confidential documents secure.
- Responsible for holding MOH petty cash.
- Responsible for following import permission from Ministry of Ershad.
