Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion (Ad Promo) Coordinator to manage our Advertising and Promotion review process. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs team, you'll oversee the timely and compliant review of promotional materials, provide continuous education to applicable stakeholders, and ensure adherence to industry regulations.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage Ad Promo review and approval process, guiding stakeholders through intake, review, and approval Stay current on industry regulations and educate stakeholders on requirements Review and revise policies and procedures Coordinate with the Ad Promo Review Committee for alignment and continuous improvements Maintain AD Promo review documentation/files in established designated repository, ensuring current revisions are available

 

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a Life Science company in a Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) role or related experience High School Diploma or related Quality certifications Proficient in Marketing technology used in the Life Science MLR review process (e.g., VEEVA, PromoMats, Adobe, AEM, Workfront) and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of Advertising and Promotion requirements set forth in all US FDA regulations Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance experience in the medical device industry Proven project management skills
