Regulatory Affairs Assistant
Job Title: Regulatory Affairs AssistantJob Description • Provides administrative support, including M3 and IPRA documentation (blue sheets, labels, certificates, spec sheets, customer questionnaires, agreements, etc.) • Must be able to draft certain elements of a product or dossier registration under direct supervision. • Responsible for M3 entries for new and revised product formulas. • Management of product labeling programs. • Publishing and management of product documentation on the company database(s). • Responsible for filing and some record management. • Follows and maintains an environment of food and feed safety in compliance with rules and regulations, as applicable. This is a 4-6 month contract position working on the pilot testing for the Titan project, a new and improved internal data system for reporting, handling customer orders, and maintaining information. The role reports to the Global Food Safety and Quality Director and works closely with Regulatory Managers in the US and South America. Training includes one-on-one sessions for documentation and system familiarization, lasting around 1-2 weeks. Hard Skills + Regulatory Affairs + Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint + Fluency in English + Strong computer skills + Ability to learn new systems such as PowerBI and Prisym (Labeling system) Soft Skills + Strong communication skills + Good prioritization skills + Good time management skills + Attention to detail + Ability to learn and work in digital systems Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 4 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Des Moines, Iowa. Work Environment 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch break). Primarily an office position with consistent use of a computer. May need to lift up to 10 lbs on occasion. Training provided one-on-one, lasting around 1-2 weeks. Additional duties will be added as needed.
