Regulatory Affairs Assistant
Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Assistant Job Description Provides administrative support, including M3 and IPRA documentation (blue sheets, labels, certificates, spec sheets, customer questionnaires, agreements, etc.). Must be able to draft certain elements of a product or dossier registration under direct supervision. Responsible for M3 entries for new and revised product formulas. Management of product labelling programs. Publishing and management of product documentation on the company database(s). Responsible for filing and some record management. Follows and maintains an environment of food and feed safety in compliance with rules and regulations, as applicable. This position will be working on the pilot testing for the company's Titan project, which is a new and improved internal data system to do reporting, handle customer orders, and keep information. The Regulatory Affairs Assistant will report to the Global Food Safety and Quality Director, work closely with the Regulatory Manager in the US, and the Regulatory Manager for South America, and interact with other team members based on work requirements. Primarily an office position; consistent use of a computer. Will be learning new systems and handling administrative duties. May need to lift up to 10 lbs on occasion. Training will involve one-on-one time with a team member to learn documentation and system usage, lasting around 1-2 weeks. Following training, responsibilities will include updating documents, completing filing tasks, and system work, with additional duties as needed by the team. Work Environment 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday. This is a specific 4-6 month contract. Primarily an office position; consistent use of a computer. May need to lift up to 10 lbs on occasion.
