Our Pharma Solutions Regulatory Team is growing and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Regulatory Affairs Associate Manager to provide regulatory support including registration for our products used in industrial (non- food, non- pharma) and home & personal care applications.

The position might require you to travel occasionally on a need basis (~10% travel overall).

Your key responsibilities

Coordination, registration, and maintenance of IFF-Pharma Solutions chemical registrations globally, including EAME (UK REACH, EU REACH, Turkey REACH), Asia Pacific, and the Americas through:

Monitor chemical regulations applicable to the industrial applications (non-food, non-pharma) of the Pharma solutions products portfolio globally

Creation of registration dossiers in IUCLID and submission via REACH-IT maintaining overviews of registered substances and ECHA decisions, substance volume tracking, review of SIEF agreements and handling invoices.

Products hazard classification and authoring of Safety datasheets.

Working closely with R&D, Toxicology, Sales, Quality and external consultants to ensure the completeness of our registration dossiers.

Communicating with regulatory agencies (e.g., ECHA), Consortia and Consultants on various regulatory matters (e.g., compliance decisions, data/cost sharing agreements etc.), and with Business and Customers on regulatory matters and managing issues for products and activities across key external stakeholder groups.

Leading Chemical Control Compliance programs globally.

For chemical application, carry out compliance check, registration and update registration up with changes in the organization & products.

Manage home & personal care compliance queries and where required, create statements/dossier for customer qualification/enquiries.

Who we are looking for

You have a Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Biology, Regulatory Science or similar fields.

You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.

You have proven knowledge and experience in chemical regulations and in creating and submitting chemical registration dossiers using IUCLID and REACH IT.

Experience in home & personal care regulations and creating statements/dossier.  

You have excellent Project Management skills and demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines as well manage change and work independently.

You have good presentation and communication skills, with various internal and external stakeholders.

You are proficient in compiling information from a variety of sources, analyzing data and summarizing results.

You are fluent in spoken and written English.
