Your Role:
As a Regulatory Affairs Expert, you will be responsible for implementation of regulatory activities, particularly focusing on Korean chemical regulations including K-REACH, CSCA, K-BPR, etc.
Main activities comprise of but are not limited to the following:
Evaluate chemical product/substance status and carry out regulatory activities for Life Science products that will be imported or manufactured in Korea Prepare and submit regulatory documentation to Korean authority Review physico-chemical/toxicological data and involve in the arrangement of the testing with setting conditions for specific casesMonitor regulation changes to set up action plan and to align with global workstreamFind innovative solutions with digital tools for regulatory activitiesCollaborate with other organizations, internal/external stakeholders Work independently within guidelines and policies
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred)4-9 years of profound experience in regulatory affairs within the chemical industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and EnglishKnowledge of SAP is preferredAbility to identify the issues and independently solve problemsCompetencies: innovative, results-driven, purposeful, and collaborative (building networks, teamwork)
