Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege. **​Research & Development​** You will work on the front line of Hungarian regulations related to healthcare and personal care products, undertaking the activities required to meet the Reckitt Business needs as per defined priorities set by the regulatory management, and ensuring productcompliance with all local regulations and with company Regulatory, Safety and Environmental policy, guidelines and procedures. **About the role** As a Regulatory Affairs Manager based in Budapest, you will report to the Regional Regulatory Affairs & Safety Manager and your will be responsible for the professional development of a Trainee. **To our new colleague we are providing a fixed-term contract for maximum of 1,5 years.** In this role you will: + Ensure the registration and regulatory compliance of locally marketed products (OTC and personal care) to bring competitive advantage to our brands + Amend registration dossiers as necessary for country-specific regulatory requirements and submit or oversee submission of registration applications + Monitor and interpret local regulatory issues and trends that will impact the marketability of company products + Interface with local government agencies and industry associations to assess the impact and implementation of required company compliance with all regulations, laws and industry policies that affect the ingredients, packaging, marketing, advertising, labelling and production of our products + Being member of the local regulatory associations to have updated information and knowledge of the local and EU regulatory requirements and legislation **Your responsibilities** + Represent Company interests with local government agencies, industry associations and/or other organizations + Provide regulatory and product compliance expertise in the area of advertising and label claims for existing and new products. Regulatory approvals for marketing promotional materials for healthcare products in Hungary + Manage and supervise the process of developing artworks for healthcare products for Hungary + Assist in the organization of internal audits and monitor audits performed by 3rd parties + Maintain and report measures of product registration and regulatory compliance performance + Obtain the authority permissions (final sample permission, special permission etc.) necessary to place the healthcare products on the market + Prepare, maintain and update local product registration and regulatory compliance files + Support the local Quality Assurance Management system **The experience we're looking for** + University or College degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or related discipline + Minimum 5 years of experience in managing product registration and regulatory compliance functions in a consumer-oriented industry (ideally pharmaceutical) + Prior experience in product registration + Proven track record of interacting with regulatory authorities + Fluent English and fluent Hungarian + Great negotiation, analytical and influencing skills, efficient priority setting + Commercial, marketing and consumer understanding **The skills for success** Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Registration, OTC products, Pharmaceutical Industry, Business Acumen, Commercial Awareness. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
