Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege. **About the role** Technical Support in developing tasks related with the projects and base process development for the correct and QMS aligned operation, enabling the business to execute the plans timely manner and with the first quality from the Regulatory side for all the brands/categories assigned. **Your responsibilities** 1. Execute the activities to procure the technical and legal information to ensure the proper registration approval, renewals, notifications, certifications, and maintenance during all its life cycle for all the product brands/categories assigned according with the business needs and local regulations. 2. Meet submission registration deadlines. 3. Ensure regulatory compliance with the QMS in all projects in charge. 4. Dossier preparation according with the local regulation and internal procedures for all the products/brands/categories assigned. 5. Track for all the processes submitted before the regulators to ensure its approval in the estimate times or to raise in timely manner any risk for the business. 6. Purchase order originator deputy in case the official person in charge will not be available to perform this activity (this only applies for Hygiene Central America quotes). 7. Keep all the data bases duly updated for all the products/brands/categories assigned to ensure the internal compliant. 8. Keep the dossiers duly organized in the place defined for all products/processes assigned, following the rules aligned internally to ensure the information traceability allowing the company to maintain all products in the markets where are registered and commercialize. 9. Creation and request for transportation sheets before the regulator in Costa Rica, following the local regulation and according with the company needs. 10. Complete all internal trainings in a timely manner to address corporate and regulatory needs. 11. Follow the internal procedures for monitoring, interpreting, and reporting on regulatory trends that may impact the company's products. 12. PSDS request, creation and maintenance following the local regulation for all the products commercialized in CAM region ensuring this information is available for all the functions and activities that requires it, i.e.: exportations, customs clearance, registration before clients, etc. 13. Approve labels and advertising for the products so they comply with local regulations for all the products/brands/categories assigned. 14.
