Seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs and Labelling Specialist to join a leading sauce and dressing manufacturer in Orange County!

Description

Review and create nutrition labels

Understand trace gains, working in Genesis and being very involved with culinary and procurement

Help with product specifications

Understanding restrictions and guidelines for the customers

Ingredient substitution request

Customer facing to help troubleshoot and reformulate products

Review statements and formulas

Provide regulatory guidance

Qualifications

Bachelor of science degree

3+ years in food production environment within regulatory and/or label review

Expert in Genesis software

Location: Hybrid

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
