We are looking for a talented and motivated Regulatory Affairs Trainee. During your internship you will interact with various departments from our team in Portugal and gather hands-on experience within the regulatory area. The internship will run for one year and you will have the chance to experience different challenges across different departments.
You will be working from Boehringer Ingelheim’s offices in Portugal.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Support the main regulatory affairs activities related to regulatory applications of NP, CP, MRP & DCP products in line with local requirements;
• Interact directly with INFARMED I.P. in the management of marketing authorization submissions;
• Review of texts translations (SmPC, PIL, FB) and artworks;
• Support the Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) review process;
• Support the regulatory affairs team in area specific projects;
• Closely collaborate with other departments such as compliance, medical affairs, marketing, pharmacovigilance, medical information, supply, clinical operations, including cross functional projects;
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and supporting data requirements;
**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM**
• Your passion, creativity and enthusiasm;
• Master Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences;
• Excellent command of the Portuguese and English language is mandatory;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team environment, contributing to maximize team results;
• Drives execution with excellence through accuracy, collaboration and effective time management;
• Strives for continuous learning and development;
• Profound knowledge of standard MS Office programs;
• A first experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus;
