We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our team in Breukelen. In this standalone role, you’ll take ownership of regulatory compliance activities related to our electrical, electronic, and water-connected products. Your main focus will be ensuring global product certifications and maintaining regulatory files, helping ensure our portfolio is safe, compliant, and market-ready.
This is a hybrid position with regular on-site presence expected (3 days per week), and close collaboration with R&D, Innovation, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Trade Compliance teams.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and coordinate global regulatory submissions and certification renewals (e.g., CE, CSA, WRAS, KIWA, DVGW)
Interpret and apply product safety standards and regulations (e.g., GPSD, RED, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, Batteries Directive, WEEE, SCIP)
Maintain accurate technical documentation, including declarations of conformity and certification files
Act as a key liaison with external labs and internal departments to support product development and innovation
Ensure regulatory support for risk assessments (e.g., FMEA) and quality management activities
Monitor and communicate evolving regulatory landscapes relevant to electrical and electronic products
Support customer-facing statements and provide clear documentation to support commercial teams
Contribute to maintaining our ISO 9001 Quality Management System
What You Bring:
5–8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, ideally for electrical or electronic products
Strong working knowledge of global safety and compliance frameworks (CE, CSA/NRTL, water regulations)
Understanding of product safety standards (IEC, UL, EN) and how to apply them in practice
Experience coordinating with external test labs and working cross-functionally with technical teams
Fluent in English (written and spoken) – essential for documentation and external communication
Strong organizational and self-management skills – comfortable operating independently
Based in the Netherlands, with willingness to work on-site in Breukelen 2–3 days/week
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with REACH/SCIP, SVHCs, PFAS, or Prop 65
Prior exposure to ISO 9001 audits, document control, and continuous improvement
Experience with product packaging regulations
CE/EU product compliance certification or FMEA training
