We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Assistant to provide back-end support in managing regulatory documentation and compliance tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring adherence to industry standards, particularly in the cosmetics and supplements sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements.\n

The Impact you’ll makeTo assist in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, streamline documentation processes, and support client meetings while fostering effective communication across teams.\n
Tasks:\n\nManage SOPs: Oversee the creation, revision, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures related to regulatory documentation.\nClient Meetings: Participate in client meetings, offering insights on compliance matters and assisting with audits.\nRegulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, including FDA standards and California Proposition 65.\nData Management: Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to manage data effectively, ensuring accurate documentation for product certifications and testing.\nTraining Facilitation: Communicate regulatory changes and provide training to staff on compliance matters and system updates.\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHard Requirements\nProven experience in a regulatory role within the cosmetics or supplements industry.\nStrong understanding of regulatory jargon and compliance standards.\nProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) and advanced Excel for data management.\n\n
Preferred Qualifications\n\nFamiliarity with FDA regulations and California Proposition 65.\nExperience with audit processes and documentation management.\nBackground in quality assurance practices.\nSuperpowers\nExceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for detail-oriented tasks.\nStrong communication skills that facilitate collaboration across departments.\nTech-savvy nature with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.\n\n
