Job Description Summary

Key leadership position within new Agua Interactive team. Responsible for ensuring our interactive gaming products and services remain fully compliant in all relevant jurisdictions. Responsible for being the primary liaison to the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (ACGC) for regulatory compliance matters related to interactive gaming. Responsible for coordinating regulatory compliance efforts across all relevant departments within Agua Caliente supporting interactive gaming (e.g., marketing, finance, etc.), including the continuous review and improvement of cross-department internal controls. Responsible for day-to-day regulatory compliance duties including responsible gaming, game onboarding, software verification, geofence validation, customer dispute resolution with ACGC, among others.   

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

Work with key stakeholders across the company to build a robust regulatory compliance framework to ensure maximum efficiency of controls and procedures. Provide day-to-day support on compliance and regulatory issues pertaining to Agua Interactive products and services including responsible gaming, game onboarding, software verification, geofence validation, customer dispute resolution with ACGC, among others. Serve as primary liaison to ACGC on matters related to interactive gaming including regulatory approvals, product launches, game launches, regulatory inquiries, customer dispute resolution, compliance reporting etc. Thoroughly review processes and documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Support audits and reviews to ensure compliance with Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS), National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), Tribal-State Compact requirements, and other relevant policies and procedures. Take leadership for ensuring that the interactive gaming business files all regulatory requirements Take ownership of internal analysis and investigation of regulatory disputes Support the preparation and submission of required compliance documentation and reporting. Take ownership of regulatory administrative procedures related to interactive gaming.
