About The Career:\n\nDesigns and implements a systematic approach to ensure a high level of awareness of quality, risk and compliance requirements throughout the facility. Reports findings in a timely manner to department director. Works with the medical staff to facilitate understanding of the issues related to quality, risk and compliance. Identifies educational issues related to quality, risk and compliance and designs and implements an action plan to meet those deficiencies. \n\n

All About You:\n\nFive plus years of health care compliance experience or three years running hospital system compliance program (DNV or TJC)\nBachelor's degree required or Nursing ADN \nCHC certification preferred \n5+ years' working knowledge in each of the following: Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word\n\n
