+ **Position:** Regulatory Country / Platform / Zone ( **EVERGREEN)** + **Location: Seoul, South-Korea** + **Alternate Location: PH, VN** **Do take not that this evergreen role is posted to identify and build a pipeline of exceptional regulatory talent for future opportunities within the organization.** **Join our Talent Community and Apply for the role!** **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute regulatory strategies for medicinal products, OTC drugs, and health functional products in line with local regulations. + Build and maintain relationships with health authorities, trade associations, and internal teams. + Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, maintain high-quality submissions, and manage regulatory databases effectively. + Proactively plan, strategize, and implement regulatory recovery and optimization plans. + Collaborate with medical, marketing, and business teams to align regulatory goals with business objectives. **Key Requirements:** + A minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong focus on the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors, particularly in OTC drugs and/or health functional products. + Strong understanding of local regulations in South Korea and expertise in dossier maintenance, compliance, and database management. + Proven ability to independently manage responsibilities, drive initiatives, and execute plans from start to finish. + Strong ability to establish and maintain connections with stakeholders and health authorities. + Assertive, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to adapt to complex regulatory challenges. + Fluency in both **English and Korean** is mandatory in view of business communication. + While not mandatory, being a **Registered Pharmacist** and having experience in **health functional products** is highly desirable. **Join our Talent Community and take the next step in your career!
