Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regulatory strategies for medicinal products, OTC drugs, and health functional products in line with local regulations.

Build and maintain relationships with health authorities, trade associations, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, maintain high-quality submissions, and manage regulatory databases effectively.

Proactively plan, strategize, and implement regulatory recovery and optimization plans.

Collaborate with medical, marketing, and business teams to align regulatory goals with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong focus on the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors, particularly in OTC drugs and/or health functional products.

Strong understanding of local regulations in South Korea and expertise in dossier maintenance, compliance, and database management.

Proven ability to independently manage responsibilities, drive initiatives, and execute plans from start to finish.

Strong ability to establish and maintain connections with stakeholders and health authorities.

Assertive, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to adapt to complex regulatory challenges.

Fluency in both English and Korean is mandatory in view of business communication.

While not mandatory, being a Registered Pharmacist and having experience in health functional products is highly desirable.
