Regulatory Governance Specialist
**Job Title: Regulatory Governance Specialist** **Location: Atlanta, Richmond or Greenvile, NC** **Pay Range: $32 / hr - 100% onsite** Responsibilities: Responsible for the efficient and accurate loan data processing and verification for multiple client accommodations such as, but not limited to, POA, Due on Sale, Successors in Interest, Partial Release, Subordinations, and Assumptions of Mortgage. Complete process requirements accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and investor guidelines. High volume fast past environment that is heavily regulated. Required: + BS Degree + Two or more years of retail banking, banking operations, or experience in a law firm or corporate setting + Strong research and investigation skills + Proficiency with banking software, deposit account systems, or mortgage servicing systems + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Ability to prioritize a significant volume of work with simultaneous deadlines + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to work effectively in teams and independently and make effective decisions consistent with role and responsibilities Desired: + Knowledge of Successor in Interest, and Assumption of Mortgage Complete data entry and validation based on documents required by investor or regulation Issue accurate and timely client notifications for client accommodation based on regulatory and investor requirements If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
