*POSITION SUMMARY*
The Regulatory Integrity Analyst will support the Health First Health Plans (HFHP) Corporate Integrity
program through the facilitation and administration of activities related to regulatory requirements. The
Regulatory Integrity Analyst performs regulatory reviews and supports submission efforts.
**
*PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES *
1. Supports filing of regulatory submissions, reports, and materials.
2. Responsible to identify, read, analyze, and interpret government regulations to acquire knowledge of the regulations that govern marketing materials.
3. Establishes the regulatory marketing review process by reviewing and submitting all relevant records in accordance with governmental rules and regulations.
4. Assists with overall annual efforts related to Certificate of Coverage (COC) and Forms review.
5. Performs quality assurance reviews as needed and assist with regulatory research.
6. Documents and manages meeting minutes for various workgroups and meetings.
7. Uses analytical review to identify potential concerns and trends related to regulatory marketing reviews and can discuss with the applicable business.
8. Manages, organizes, and provides support related to legislative sessions, updates, and finalized guidance.
9. Maintains tracking log to account for all member documents and regulatory marketing activities.
10. Accomplishes special project work, researches key project components and assists with the review process and corresponding documentation.
11. Coordinates to help develop department policies, procedures, and tools for effective regulatory marketing review.
12. Functions as a Subject Matter Expert for identifying current and ongoing changes to applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies related to regulatory marketing review activities.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*
* *Education:*Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

* *Work Experience:*Three (3) years of documented Health Plans regulatory experience.

* *Licensure:*None

* *Certification: *None
**
* *Work Experience In Lieu of Education:*Additional two (2) years of Health Plans regulatory experience.

* *Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:*
o Highly motivated, team oriented, professional, and trustworthy with strong skills in professional diplomacy and quality reviews.
o Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive communications with leadership and management.
o Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
o Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) or similar products.
o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*
* Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, and stooping.
* Long periods of computer time or at workstation.
* Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
* May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise.
* Communicating with others to exchange information.
* Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks.
* Workspace may vary from open to confined, onsite, or remote.
* May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle.
