Summary

The Regulatory Manager State Registrations and Compliance updates, maintains and submits new state registrations as new products are introduced and renewals are due. Responsible for keeping current on all compliance needs and following through to maintain compliance. This role is an expert that provides direction and guidance to improve processes and establish policies. May represent the organization to regulatory authorities and other partners. Performs work assigned by others. Technical leadership of assigned projects. May develop solutions to complex regulatory problems.

Key Responsibilities Support all Innvictis regulatory activities for pesticide and adjuvant State Registrations and Compliance. Prepare, update, maintain and submit state registrations as new products are introduced and renewals are due Prepare and submit FIFRA 24(c) Special Local Need Labels and Section 2(ee) bulletins. Tracking registration submissions, agency responses and communicating such information to the appropriate internal team. Maintaining internal state registration data base. Safety Data Sheet creation for Company Products. Label and SDS Management with Agrian / CDMS Manage DOT Compliance from the shipper / receiver perspective. Maintain Repack Agreement Database Keep abreast of state regulations and regulatory processes.  Experience submitting registrations for all U.S. states and territories using various submission methods such as NPIRS/ALSTAR, KELLYSOLUTIONS and state websites. Interacts and communicates with state regulatory officials on registration of pesticide and adjuvant products. Participates in and monitors activities of governmental and/or industry working groups and associations. Maintains awareness and ensures protection of intellectual property. Typical Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

4-10 years of experience

Required Certifications

5+ years of related experience and/or training.

Other Information Advanced understanding in a chemical, biological, technical, risk analysis, QMS, or regulatory discipline, filling the role of a subject matter expert Expert in and ownership of one or more technical areas, implementing solutions in these areas Skilled in developing and writing consistent and accurate regulatory reports and submissions that meet the requirements of various regulatory agencies Experienced in using templates and consistent language to ensure efficient and optimal regulatory submissions Proven use of critical thinking skills to solve complex technical problems and develop appropriate regulatory data and text Strong verbal and written communication skills Experienced at leading and managing team efforts Experienced at effective interaction with collaborating partners, vendors, and contactors Experienced at overseeing regulatory documentation Outstanding written and verbal skills, which includes ability to read and interpret regulations as well as the ability to communicate technical information Interact effectively with regulatory authorities in more than one country Experienced in developing regulatory responses, developing response plans and milestones Has lead team efforts interfacing with regulatory scientists and other partners, to ensure projects are on track and resources defined Experienced at managing relationships with regulators, industry groups, and vendors Has worked collaboratively to influence both regulatory outcomes and team culture Ability to work well in a flexible, high volume work environment, taking on additional responsibilities as needed Strong work ethic and ability to work with limited direct supervision California League of Food Producers experience It is highly desired to have this individual sit in Boise, ID or Loveland, CO.
