Regulatory Operations Associate

The Regulatory Services Team is responsible for coordinating Investment Fund companies communications for distribution to our Broker client base. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for assimilating and interpreting information, data collection, data entry and workflow processing to ensure client deliverables are met daily. The primary focus is ensuring our systems have the most accurate and complete information to support our clients and end shareholders. As a Regulatory Associate, you will develop a strong working relationship with fund companies and proactively minimize operational risk. Along with your team, you will be a direct representative of the client to a group of Investment Fund companies and facilitate material distribution. This is a hybrid position and we are looking for someone to come into our Cary, NC office 3 times per week.
Responsible for day-to-day processing activities including data entry and stakeholder communication.
Communicate with confidence, ensuring information presented is accurate.
Active participant in team meetings.
Support the team on ad-hoc tasks, assignments, etc.
Function as part of the collective team to foster smooth efficient workflow.
Identify potential obstacles or hurdles in meeting accuracy or performance requirements and incorporating best practices to mitigate and prevent each from occurring in the future.
Learn, recognize and apply regulatory requirements to daily work and overall responsibilities.
Complete all tasks and duties within the company's set guidelines and regulatory policies.
Identify and escalate potential issues.
Interact with peers and stakeholders, both internal and external, and function as part of a team.
Ability to work and adjust output according to fluctuations of workload.
