Position Summary:
As a Regulatory Policy & Intelligence Intern in APAC region, you will support the team in monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments, assessing the impact on our business operations, and contributing to strategic projects. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a complex and evolving regulatory environment in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the tracking, analysis, and impact assessment of regulatory policy changes and trends across the Asia Pacific region.
Participate in the development of advocacy positions and contribute to policy papers, comments, and other documents by collaborating with global experts and country teams.
Contribute to regulatory policy initiatives on prioritized topics, including key projects, events, and capability building programs.
Support strategic communication with key stakeholders both internally and externally to enable knowledge sharing and promote the value of proactive policy shaping, including managing various internal communication platforms/tools.
Engage in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, International Relations, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Interest in regulatory affairs, policy, healthcare, and government relations.
Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-driven, disciplined, curious, and creative mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team. environment with a strong sense of responsibility.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
Language proficiency in English is required, and additional language skills. relevant to the Asia Pacific region are a plus.
