Regulatory Remuneration Policy Director (equivalent to AVP)
We’re seeking someone to join our team as Regulatory Remuneration Policy Director.
In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position which sits within the wider EMEA compensation team. The team is responsible for monitoring and implementing EMEA remuneration regulations, establishing/reviewing remuneration policies and processes in line with applicable regulation and filing all relevant disclosures/tables with the Regulators. The team is composed of specialists that works closely with various internal and external stakeholders to understand and apply various EMEA regulations such as CRDV, UCITS V, IFD, IFPR etc. The team also works with the Regulatory remuneration data team to support regulatory submissions on an annual basis.

What you’ll do in the role:
· Supporting the annual review of Material Risk Taker identification frameworks and process.
· Preparing for Regulatory bodies and various internal Committees/Boards (i.e. Remuneration Committees).
· Leading development of the CRR450, high earners and benchmarking, Regulatory policy. statements and other relevant regulatory disclosures.
· Modelling fixed pay allowances for EMEA.
· Enhancing analytics of the MRT populations and their remuneration.
· Ensuring Business partners/Business heads are informed of the regulations and impacts to their populations, including any Brexit impacts.
· Building strong relationships with the Global Compensation teams in NY and Asia.

· Robust experience with EU Remuneration regulations in financial services including CRDV, IFPR. IFD, UCITS etc.
· Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
· Thorough attention to detail with excellent prioritisation skills (can handle multiple projects at the same time).
· Excellent analytical skills - Ability to understand, interpret and summarise complex regulatory and legislative texts.
· Reliable and meticulous with high standards for client service.
· Able to work with complexity and ambiguity to propose logical solutions to problems.
· Inquisitive, composed and self-confident (not afraid to ask questions or speak-up).
· Thrives under pressure and enjoys a fast paced, dynamic environment.
· Compensation, HR Risk Management or Compliance background preferred.
