Handle IDH-related requests coming through Master Data Harmonization mailbox and Raw Material documentation coming through legacy documentation storage database Substance Information System (SIS) in mailbox
Update and Enter information about Raw Materials into SAP database called Document & Raw Information System (DORIS); Uploads chemistry-related documentation to DORIS database
Create tickets to solve issues where IT support is needed; Assign Baskets/Categories to the DORIS/SIS database Contribute or initiate process improvement YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any related courses With at least one (1) year work experience related to Research and Development, Regulatory (Material Compliance and Quality Management); Background in Foreign Trade is an advantage Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); SAP background is an advantage Excellent command of spoken and written English; Willingness to work with numbers and data, keen to details, and able to manage stakeholders Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
