What you will do in this Clinical Coordinator/Rehab Supervisor role:

Provide therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the discipline's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standardsBe accountable for and contribute to program development, quality improvement, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion
Qualifications

A graduate of a program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology approved by a nationally recognized accreditation bodyAn applicable and current state license (PT/ OT/ SLP)Experience in working with an adult and geriatric population is necessaryExperience serving people with physical disabilities in desirable

Compensation is from $45 - $65 per hour.We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this hourly range, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly range.
