Role and Responsibilities: As a Rehab Tech, you will play a key role in supporting the therapy team and ensuring quality care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include: + Assisting therapists with resident care and treatment plans. + Preparing treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions. + Monitoring and recording resident progress as directed by therapists. + Providing compassionate and professional care to residents. + Maintaining a clean and organized therapy space. + Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal care. Requirements: + Active CNA License: Required to apply. + Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + A commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
