Position Purpose
This position may provide therapeutic services to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients; including their families/caregivers under the direct supervision of licensed Physical, Occupational and Speech and Language Pathology Therapists, Registered Nurses and Charge Nurses. This position provides indirect and direct patient care within all federal and state regulatory guidelines.
Nature and Scope
This position provides indirect and direct patient care within the rehabilitation environment. The incumbent assists in the management of the physical environment including, but not limited to, cleaning of gym space and equipment, ordering of supplies, basic maintenance of equipment, patient scheduling, and clerical duties.
This position does provide patient care.
