Rehabilitation Assistant

Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, maintaining clean and organized treatment areas, managing supplies, and supporting administrative functions. This role requires direct interaction with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. **Job Description:** · Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Courses or work experience in health/patient care, physical therapy, or exercise training preferred. · Skills: o Strong interpersonal and communication skills. o Basic computer and typing proficiency. o Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. · Physical Requirements: o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull heavy weights, and assist with patient transfers. o Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for extended periods. o Fine motor skills for repetitive hand movements **As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
