ARehab Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)in a rehab unit typically has a variety of responsibilities focused on providing basic medical care, supporting the recovery process, and assisting the healthcare team. Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have: 1. Current and valid state license. 2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. IV certification upon hire (state specific).
