Rehabilitation Supervisor - Acute Care
**Overview** We are seeking a rehabilitation supervisor to lead our physical therapy and occupational therapy acute care, inpatient teams at M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital! M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital has a Rehab department consisting of PTs, OTs, SLPs, schedulers, and rehab aides. These teams serve patients of a variety of diagnoses throughout the hospital, including ortho, neuro, general med, general surgery, complex medical, cardiac, and oncology. The supervisor will be responsible with leading clinical initiatives; hiring, onboarding, and developing employees; managing daily staffing to volume and long-term staffing needs; conducting employee performance management; supporting customer experience work; partnering with other hospital department leaders on process improvement; and facilitating employee engagement. + FTE 1.0, authorized for 80 hours per pay period. + A portion of FTE in direct patient care and a portion in administrative/supervisory work. + Full benefits such as medical, HSA, dental insurance, vision insurance, 403b, PTO, Shift Differentials, health & wellbeing resources, paid for continuing education credits, and more!
