The Reinsurance Associate will complete various work assignments/projects as directed by manager. Incumbent will typically be given project definition along with assumptions that are either given by the manager or developed by incumbent under the guidance of the manager. The student will develop or modify a computer program to produce the necessary results.

Process indexing and data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity.Process and capture information to system according to established methods and proceduresHandle highly sensitive and heavily regulated funds Consistently attain the service level set by the CompanyPractice good judgment in processing casesPerform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errorsRender overtime work during high volume weekStay on-call on an as-needed basis during Saturdays and holidaysAssist colleagues and other teams in their production work upon requestManage leaves/day-offs especially during peak seasonConstantly increase the number of knowledgeable functions handled by the teamSuggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics Perform other duties and functions as assigned by Operation ManagementRequired Qualifications:
College Graduate in any fieldProficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Knowledge of MS Office applications, TAI.net, Infor and AWD is an advantageGood verbal and written English communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyFast Learner and can work with minimum supervisionStrong organizational skills Good attendance recordTeam playerAmenable to work UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (or any shift assigned - depending on business need)When you join our team:
