Are you someone who can:

Support the Relationship Manager in the effective management of the administrative banking requirements of a portfolio of Customers in line with the Bank’s service standards.Perform a liaison role between the Customer, and all other Internal support divisions of the Bank.Educate clients regarding the parameters and routine procedures governing complex but standard business and commercial product, solution and service offerings.Explain, promote and cross- sell additional value adding solutions to existing customers and identify sales leads to achieve the growth targets of the portfolio.Support the Relationship Manager in the management of the credit risk within a portfolio of clients. This includes but is not limited to the management of excesses and arrears, credit origination and finilisation of collateral documents.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a Diploma or degree in Finance, Law or related fields.Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment
